The El Monte Promise Foundation serves as a backbone organization in the community by convening stakeholders; coordinating systems; mobilizing resources; and incubating promising projects. EMPF is positioned to be a bridge in the community between school and community efforts to help families recover and students continue their college pathways. We welcome and encourage partnerships that help support a college-going culture.
